Okay, I've done a little journal leading up to my baby brother's birth. Here it is:
4:42- Mom and dad are all packed, time to go. Hugs all around, family prayer, final goodbyes (until the baby's born), and then- they leave!
5:01- Time to try to go back to sleep, HA! Probably no progress in that department.
6:19- Ugh, time to get up. Only about an hour before he shows up, so I guess it's okay.
6:45- A PHONE CALL! Aw man, false alarm. Just a relative awaiting the news also. Maybe later...
(Unknown time) They're in the OR!
7:50- THING 2 IS SOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!! MY DAD JUST TEXTED AND HE IS GORGEOUS!!!! I'M CRYING!
8:08- Thing 2 is 7 pounds, 14 ounces, 20 inches. He has red hair, and he is just opening his eyes for the first time. He is screaming his little adorable head off to the phone, and I'm in love!
